You can return your item(s) purchased from Spruce Pup up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Spruce Pup does not accept returns on items purchased outside of sprucepup.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of sprucepup.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly
